We ordered our Nook after a strong recommendation from a friend who had purchased one. We live in a regional centre. There were some delays from stocking as well as our holidays but Nook communicated very well at every point. The installation was completely seamless. They arrived on time (from Melbourne - 7 hr return trip just for me) and had it all done in under half a hour. We have been using the Nook almost daily. I love it and even my wife, who has never liked steam saunas, has taken a liking to it.
