Dealt with Ben from the getgo, great communication before arriving at the shop at an arranged time, fantastic premises, very high class. Ben was very knowledgable and honest and not pushy like some people can be, helped more than he had to with a watch I took with me and ended up buying a fantastic watch. Left 2 watches there for pricing to fix so will see how their price compares. Will definitely use again for purchases, maybe sales, servicing, valuing and cleaning. Totally recommended.
