Review of Biscuiteers

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I am so sad! How could this happen?

I am not sure this review has any purpose. I brought about seven boxes of the nicely decorated and deceitful cookies back to Texas. I purchased them on Oct 13, 2023. I wanted to offer two of the do-it-yourself kits as a gift for a bridal shower. I also bought other boxes for my grandchildren and friends. I bought boxes of different styles. I opened one box to try it, the CAR collections to share with a friend last week, after all my bragging about your delicious cookies, I had a very embarrassing experience. My friend discreetly left her cookie on the side; it was that bad. The cookies are as hard as a rock. They are flavourless and dry. After all the time, effort, and cost I invested in purchasing your items and bringing them back to the USA, it is shameful. I will provide the person in charge with the receipt and payment form. I want my money back!

Hi Lolli,

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m so sorry to hear about your experience.

If you haven’t already, please do reach out directly to our customer service team at Yum@biscuiteers.com with your order details. We’ll be very happy to look into this for you.

From your note, it looks like the biscuits were purchased on the 13th of October 2023. If that is the case, we wouldn’t recommend consuming them, as the texture and flavour can change over time and they will now be well past their best before dates on the tin.

We’re truly sorry for any disappointment caused, please do get in touch with our team so we can help further.
