Betrug
We booked a rental car with you for the period from 21 September to 4
October. According to your message, the car rental company was Wheego at
Heraklion Airport.
However, to our surprise, we were redirected to the Monza dealership. We
never wanted to and would never rent a car from Monza. As we feared, the
people at Monza made things difficult for us and ended up charging us
300 euros more. We were completely annoyed. The people at Monza laughed
and made fun of us.
So you need to let us know in advance who the car rental partner is.
We have booked many cars with you over the past ten years, in Greece,
Portugal, Turkey, etc., and have had very good experiences and been very
satisfied, until now.
As you can see from the attachments, Monza charged us €473.78 instead of
€153.78.
Monza's explanation was that my bank card was invalid.
However, you can see from the booking copy that Monza did indeed debit
my credit card. This was simply a lie and blackmail.
How can we resolve this issue? I can also engage solicitors against
Monza through my contacts in Crete. I would appreciate your response and
a resolution to this matter.
What can be done about these rip-off merchants at Monza?
