As a business owner yelp constantly calls to try to get you to pay for their review services and they put great 5 star reviews in the “not recommended review “ section for no reason and won’t change it unless of course you pay them. I hate that I have honest reviews and feedback from my guests that can’t be seen because yelp software decides that those reviews aren’t recommended. Yelp is a pay to review site don’t go there for trusted reviews.
