I started getting supplies from Jackson’s when I moved to the uk from Ireland. For years I have experienced nothing but excellent service (especially their packing - I think someone enjoys that job), till last week. My deliveries are usually left below decks out of sight, but instead of my paints I opened the door to find I had a redelivery card on the mat instead. It was illegible apart from the bit saying they’d try again tomorrow. Next day another card, blank. Parcelforce are difficult to contact and for a digital dunce making any sense of their contact info turned into a catch 22 trawl. My wife suggested I contact Jackson’s. Harriet kept in regular optimistic contact and after a couple of days chased the delivery down. Wonderful sense of support.
