My SimplyBe parcel was due to be…

My SimplyBe parcel was due to be collected on Friday, 3rd, and it wasn't. I did get a message to say that there was a problem with the delivery of said parcel (?), but not a thing since!! I believe that the parcel collection shop is full and has not been emptied of late, either. So there is something not working along the line.
