Insanely inflated prices, roughly 3x times what you pay for the same in Berlin or Paris. If you like your cigars, you'll be better off flying to Europe and bringing it with you, save lots of money.

Thanks for your visit and review, Vitaly.
I understand your concern regarding pricing and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. The higher cost of cigars in Ireland compared with many European countries (or further afield) is not due to retailer discretion – at least not in our case – but rather the significantly higher tax and duty rates applied on tobacco products here. These government-imposed charges make up a substantial portion of the retail price.
Within this context, we do our best to remain as competitive as possible while still offering the highest level of service, expertise, and range of products we are known for. We also strive to provide value through the knowledge and experience of our staff, who are here to assist with any cigar or whiskey enquiry.
While I appreciate where you're coming from, I also regret that this has left you disappointed. I hope this explanation provides some clarity on the matter.
