We received late notifications

We received late notifications. To download data for a guided tour, we needed WiFi and we were no longer in an area with internet access, so it took away from our internet access package. The data was sent late and the guide was not professional at all. We arrived at the location and he told us to get an impression without any professional knowledge on his part, so we left in the middle of the tour.
