Although I personally didn’t have a positive experience using Ditto I’d like to say firstly I love what this company is doing- helping women who struggle in an area that is under funded and under researched, I love their ethos and their mission. However I personally didn’t not benefit from this product.

I took continuously for one month and I noticed I felt more emotional and experienced a lower mood. I am on SSRIs and it was as if my antidepressants became less effective when I started taking Ditto. I obviously have no way of proving that and I feel bad sharing that as I want to support the company but nothing else in my routine or circumstances changed other than these tablets and I noticed a significant change in my mental health.

Having contacted the company they say they do not believe it affects SSRIs and they tablets should have the opposite effect of what I experienced but there’s no research. I was so disheartened by this and I wanted to share my experience not to discredit the company or talk badly about them as I love what they’re doing but incase anyone else has a similar experience. Every body is different and will process things differently and there are so many incredible stories of how helpful this has been for people but I couldn’t find anyone else who had a similar experience to me so I just wanted to share my experience incase anyone else should feel the same.
