Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a rose handwash on two occasions and both times the item was sent with the cap loose and seeping out. A reputable merchant would have resolved the matter promptly by issuing a refund or exchange immediately. Instead I was messed around for weeks . After the first incident they demanded photographic evidence multiple times and after several weeks of back and forth email exchanges of them demanding I justify my existence, these people finally agreed to pay £1 refund. I asked for it to be increased to £2 which they quibbles over after more time wasting email exchanges. The 2nd time they again demanded photographic evidence and after the first debacle I said I would be returning the leaky product back to them. I did this at my own expense and these incompetent people failed to exercise good customer service by sending me a return label. This corrupt merchant has also failed to refund me for the item which I returned special delivery, signed for, next day service and they are showing their spiteful hostility by stalling or refusing to refund the leaked item. Avoid these scammers at all costs. I will never ever shop there again
