No Response to Follow-Up Requests


I contacted customer support because I needed a corrected invoice with the proper billing address. After their first reply, I responded with my actual request, but did not receive any answer.

I then had to open a new request, but instead of addressing my issue, support only resent their original message. When I replied again to explain that this did not solve my problem, I once more received no response. A further new request has also remained unanswered.

This back-and-forth makes it very difficult to resolve a simple issue, and I still have not received the corrected invoice I need.
