I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with this site’s checkout process. I simply wanted to add items to my cart and review the shipping charges before making a decision. Instead, there was no purchase review or confirmation screen. My address and credit card information were pulled automatically from a third-party site I used almost a year ago to ship something to a different location. This led to my order being processed without my consent.
On top of that, an additional meal plan, almost $200, was added to my purchase that I never intended to buy. This is a serious issue with how the checkout is designed and makes the process feel unsafe and confusing. Because of this, I would strongly recommend not adding anything to your cart here and instead purchasing through a more reliable retailer like Amazon, where you have more control and clarity during checkout.
That being said, I will give credit where it’s due: customer service was responsive when I reached out, and the follow-up emails about the plan show that the company cares about their product. If they could fix the checkout experience to ensure transparency, confirmation before purchase, and clearer options, this would go a long way.
