Wrong order placed
Myself and husband went into store and ordered a bespoke size external door to open both sides and 2 windows. We found an employer that spoke good English and we told him all our requirements. Printed off the paper work and I checked measurements etc but what I didn’t check was the description as I don’t understand written Spanish or speak very much at present. I signed as I saw all the measurements were correct. When I received the order he in fact ordered us a balcony door which only opens from one side ! We went straight to the store to try and resolve the problem. I spoke with someone who understood me and they said they would rectify for free as it was their mistake. Anyway after they put everything through with the new correct details their supervisor said no I’d have to pay again. We’re not talking a couple of hundred we’re talking nearly 900 euros. This is after I was told they would do it for free. The young gentleman who served me was so apologetic saying he thought it was unfair I had to pay again. I’ve actually spent 1000’s of euros in this store renovating my villa and for the supervisor to just say NO has really upset me. She didn’t even give any solution to how we could maybe adapt it for any help what so ever. I just feel it’s such bad customer service. On the other hand the young chap has been trying to help but without success. So I am now left with a balcony door so we can only exit from the inside and can’t get back in. Leroy have lost a very good returning customer.
