The 2 plants were very healthy looking and a good size Unfortunately when the large box arrived 1 plant was tipped out of its pot and both plants had damaged major stems where they had rolled around in box which had insufficient packing paper After this review I was contacted by a Customer Care Advisor and offered replacement plants or a full refund. I opted for the plants which arrived today They were 2 very healthy specimens and securely packaged .
I am very happy with the after service and I would definitely recommend this company to others
