Do not buy valuable items with Sendico!

Do not buy valuable items with this service! I bought a watch in working order shipped with Sendico, and even paid for additional checks, packaging and insurance through Japan Post. Unfortunately, the watch was damaged during transport. The damage claim was rejected by Japan Post despite all evidence (damaged packaging etc.). While Sendico's customer service was polite throughout, they could provide no meaningful assistance, leaving me with an additional cost of 500 Euros to fix the damage.
