Gusto Sucks!!
I would put a 0 if I could. I had a disputed transaction that I trusted the fraud department to handle. Well wrong!! They couldn’t even do that right. After giving them all the information that they asked for. And then literally telling me multiple times through out the year that it takes months to get my money back from the bank. Instead of following through . They let my case slip through there fingers and blamed it on me . Saying that I didn’t give them the information that they asked for months ago . Complete waste of time. They are terrible. Damn I wish I didn’t have to use this crap app. A bunch of lazy liars.
