For my first order with Chewy, I ordered 150 dollars worth. I have never received the package - FedEx claims otherwise but there is no signature form - and so I have not been refunded and the fault and loss falls on me. This is after several cordial chats with customer service and patience from my end. Of course mistakes can happen but I feel that the response from Chewy has left me down. Therefore I don’t recommend.
