Telnyx has no meaningful support
Telnyx has no meaningful support. I set up a Telnyx account for several reasons, including SMS messaging, IOT SIM Card usage, and SIP singnalling. While the SIP and IOT SIM cards worked well, I cannot use SMS messaging until my account is "Level 2 verified". I put in all the information necessary for Level 2 verification, and verification has been denied. The only recourse is to "contact support", so that is what I tried. There is a customer support phone number, which is excellent if you are interested in listening to on-hold music, being told that "your call is very important to us", before being dumped into a voicemail mailbox after 15 minutes, where you leave a voicemail, where you explain your issue and request a call back, which will never happen. I tried to get support for over a week, left 3 voicemails, and filled out the support request form on their website, and have still not, a week later, received any contact from Telnyx regarding my issues. If this is how they support people trying to implement their product and give them money, I am afraid to think what support would look like if there was a serious product issue or security vulnerabillity.
