This is a brilliant company for low prices and customer service. Having ordered the wrong type of brushes. I contacted Firestormgames to discuss my mistake. Although the brushes had already been posted the same day as ordering, there was no hesitation in instructing me to return them for a refund. This was returned to my bank account within 3 days.
