This is going to sound like 1st world…

This is going to sound like 1st world problems in the extreme, but please bear in mind the high price paid for tickets and the customer service response. A server poured champagne over 1 of our guests, she was mortified, got her supervisor and she promised us a bottle of champagne over at number 1 court to compensate - nothing transpired. In the afternoon I left my favourite hat at their Treehouse facility and returned to find it had gone. The receptionist said a Love Island star was next to us and was very drunk and had just left wearing it! The story changed twice after through different people to we've checked TV video and he left without a hat! Near the end of play, Raducanu was involved in a tense battle with Sabalenka on Centre Court, there were about a dozen customers left in Treehouse and all were glued to the muted TV screens as a DJ blared out; we asked if the music could be muted and the commentary unmuted and we were told it was not possible. In the afternoon I visited their sweet shop which is a brilliant idea... 2 people work it, but 2 other workers were also there to loudly discuss their love life and rumours with them and got in the way of accessing the sweets in a small space. Then in the middle of a crucial point all the televisions were turned off and we were told it was not possible to watch them. We found out it was possible to watch it from Treehouse by their out of order slide viewing an outside screen. I raised the key issues with Keith Prowse, got no response, chased repeatedly and 2 months on found they are doing nothing to make us feel better. IN SPITE OF THE STANDARD RESPONSE BELOW, NOBODY FROM KEITH PROWSE HAS REACHED OUT TO SPEAK WITH ME OR DO ANYTHING TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. I WILL EDIT THIS ACCORDINGLY IF AND WHEN THEY DO.
