I ordered a dress from the Sierra Darien website, but the product I received has nothing to do with what was advertised online. The material, color, and details (such as the shoulders and texture) are completely different – essentially it is another item, of much lower quality.

I requested a return via email, but I was told that because it was a “Final Sale” item it cannot be returned, even though this is not about a voluntary return but about receiving a product that does not match the presentation. It is obvious that the dress was originally purchased from AliExpress, with only the label changed, and I ended up paying almost 700 lei just for that label.

The experience was extremely disappointing and I consider this a deceptive practice. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this site.

Am comandat o rochie de pe site-ul Sierra Darien, însă produsul primit nu are nicio legătură cu cel prezentat online. Materialul, culoarea și detaliile (umerii, textura) sunt complet diferite – practic este un alt articol, de calitate mult inferioară.

Am solicitat retur prin email, dar mi s-a răspuns că fiind „Final Sale” nu se acceptă, deși situația nu ține de retur voluntar, ci de un produs neconform cu prezentarea. Este evident că rochia a fost achiziționată la rândul lor de pe AliExpress, cu eticheta schimbată, iar eu am plătit aproape 700 de lei pentru această etichetă.

Experiența a fost extrem de dezamăgitoare și consider că este o practică înșelătoare. Nu recomand nimănui să cumpere de pe acest site.
