We got a good mortgage rate

We got a good mortgage rate that we are happy with but doing everything digitally isn't always the best for our circumstances. It would be great to have a paper alternative or somewhere to go and have that human interaction with in person.

Other than that I think the process was good, I didn't have to chase much at all, the communication was good and we got what we wanted for a reasonable price, especially knowing we won't have to pay again when it comes to remortgaging.
