Good communication
I had to telephone Homeprotect after finding the right policy on an online comparison sight, to tweak my wife's business use and the agent was very helpful and agreed a good premium. Other sites wouldn't give me a quote, and the others were extremely high.
Since then it has been very easy seeing my documents and communicating with them
