The customer service was very wonderful to work with. The item we ordered (a child’s go cart) wasn’t working properly. They promptly sent us a new one. The new one was doing the same exact thing as the previous one so we explained to them what was going on and sent a video of what was happening. They explained to us that the type of go kart we got was made to only be ridden on hard, smooth surfaces, such as pavement or concrete. We explained to them that we did not have any of that for our child to ride on only grass. They understood and promptly reimbursed us our money to purchase something else for our child. Customer service always replied quickly, was very understanding and happy to resolve our problem.
