After-sales customer support

The washing machine I bought turned out to be broken. I've been waiting for a technician to call and schedule an appointment for five days now. They refused to replace the washing machine without the technician's approval, even though it's only been two weeks since purchase. The receipt says I can exchange the product within 30 days of purchase.
It's been 11 days since I contacted them regarding the above issue, and six days since I contacted them again. Absolutely no response. Complete indifference to the customer during the after-sales service. I advise you not to buy anything from this company, as they ignore their obligations.
