I've been repeatedly lied to, dismissed, ignored, for FIVE weeks, and STILL my issues are unresolved. ALL contact has been initiated by myself.
ONE phone call received that was silent for 12 seconds, then went dead, and this was the sum of trying to contact me. No further communication, now waiting for transcript of initial phone calls, chat, emails to escalate my complaint regarding this atrocious and abysmal service. I'm a drop in their vast ocean and they couldn't care less.
