Really poor customer service. No phone number. No willingness to change address when the wrong address was put on. No apology or desire to help stop a parcel going to an unrelated address. No ownership. Takes ages for a response. Looking at the other reviews there is evidence the quality of goods are poor, they are not as advertised, the service is bad, the products arrive broken or break quickly and are of poor quality. Recommend this website is shut down ASAP to stop other people in a cost of living crisis losing more than they already are.
