Disappointing

I bought this software hoping it would be far better than free alternatives out there but was sadly disappointed.

I found the software to be extremely clunky and not at all intuitive to use.

The bank of objects available have entirely unrealistic measurements, like baths that are 2.7m long by 1.7m wide!

Rotating objects, like a kitchen sink, in 2d by a simple 180 degrees (to get the tap on the correct side) is impossible, with or without snap settings, because either way the software would snap to about 150 degrees or 210 degrees, leaving the sink at a 30 degree angle to the wall!

Despite setting default measurements to metric, there was no way to show 2D plans in metric, without clicking on each measurement separately.

I'll be applying for my 14 day refund. I wonder how straightforward that will be.

Hello Leigh,

we are sorry to hear that you had this experience with the software. The issues you mention are all very simple to solve and are covered in the basic tutorials.

Object sizes: every object can be resized easily. Just click on the object and adjust the dimensions that appear at the sides, or in 3D mode drag the corners to make it larger, smaller, or reposition it.

Rotating objects: in 2D you can rotate an object by selecting it and pressing CTRL + D (each press rotates it by 25°). Alternatively, after placing an object, click on it and use the small circular arrows at the corners to rotate it freely.

Metric settings: all measurements can be switched to metric at once. This is demonstrated in the very first “Getting Started” tutorial on our website.

For best results, we always recommend watching the short introduction video first, where a complete house is planned step by step — this makes the workflow much easier.

If you would still prefer a refund, please just send us a quick email and we will process it the same day to the payment method you used for the order.
