I have been using better help the last 6 months recovering from narcissistic abuse and family matters. My therapist Karen santos has been with me through every step guiding me back to myself and finding my identity. I have learnt alot regulating my nervous system for a better quality of life, I especially enjoyed learning about the shark cage method which has helped immensely with my hypervigilance. I really enjoyed my sessions with Karen she made me feel at ease , helped me understand different points of view and always highlighted my progress.
