Oh, no! Wrong size

I received a sweater in the wrong size, but I had deleted my confirmation email. I immediately contacted Naadam by email and received a prompt reply from Barbie, Customer Care Agent. She retrieved my order number and gave me instructions on how to proceed with returning the sweater for exchange. It was so easy!
