A mistake was made in the booking, and they refused to fix it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us review.
I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our recent reply to your query.
I've taken a look into your booking and I can see that you called and spoken to one of our Customer Service agents on the 17th of September. They have confirmed that priority boarding with easyJet, was not selected or paid for at the time you submitted your booking with us.
As your flights have been confirmed with the airline, must contact them directly if you wish to include priority boarding on your current flight booking. This is due to the fact that your flights are booked under your personal details and they'll own speak with the lead passenger directly due to data protection regulations, which we previously advised.
Please note that they're a self managed airline, any add on will need to paid directly to the airline, as we don't make any money from flight bookings.
