Poor Service: Took Money, No Delivery, Ignoring Emails

Haven’t received the product. Nobody from customer support is responding my email.

Updated Review - Still No Product or Resolution
I ordered a Geberit Sigma30 toilet button on September 11, 2025. It's now been almost a month and I still haven't received the product.
Timeline:

Sept 11: Order placed
Sept 16: Invoice sent, payment taken
Sept 19: Jakob from customer service asks "Is your order still not delivered?" (So they knew there was a problem)
Oct 1: Jakob acknowledges the delay - "It was sent incorrectly, and we apologize for that. I am currently working on a solution."
Oct 10: Still no product, no updates, no response to my follow-up emails

After Jakob's message on October 1st (9 days ago), I've had complete silence. No updates, no delivery, no refund. They've charged my account but delivered nothing.
They admitted on September 19th that the order wasn't delivered, promised a solution on October 1st, and since then - nothing. I've sent multiple follow-up emails with no response.
This is unacceptable service. I'm now being forced to cancel the order and demand a refund according to Danish consumer law (Købeloven § 25).
One month of waiting, broken promises, and ignored emails. Avoid ordering from Silvan's webshop if you actually want to receive your items.

Silvan customerservice received a mail regarding this matter 18/9 and responded for the first time 19/9.

Our supplier informs us that Postnord has tried unsuccessfully to deliver the order twice, as the address was incorrect. We have passed on the request to cancel the order and will get back to you as soon as we have any news.
