9/20/25: update: On 9/18/25 Chosgo emailed " I'm working hard to resolve my issue & asked why did I leave a negative review, & to remove it, so neither she/he (unknown name/ doesn't provide their info) or I get penalized. (Why would I be penalized for any of this? ).

9/18/25: I'm still waiting for my refund, and it's been about a month so far. They told me via email that it would be on my card within 3-7 working days. When that time frame lapsed, I emailed again. Chosgo replied with "we received feedback from finance department and to further elevate my issue they now are asking me to allow them to use their VIP Channel, but that I must provide them with a 5-star review, before they can do that. I replied with " I'm not providing a review until my issue is resolved & that I have received my refund." I wonder what percentage of the 5-star reviews are valid.
