Cigspot sent the cigarettes and it was held by customs in NY and they sent me a letter that getting on line cigarettes is unlawful in US and they can get me to file a case, I paid for five cartons for $280 and when I told this scammer group of two they said I should pay 1/2 of the cost again and they will get me the product to a new address. These are scammers and they will rip you off, if they get 10 stupid buyers like me each day, they can make tons of money. Please note “ IT IS UNLAWFUL “ to get cigarettes on line in US. They’re 1000% scammers. Choice is yours but I lost $280 to these team of two. I have written to the Government departments who protect customers and they’re working on it. I have filed a case.

The definition of Scammer - its soe one who fooled you. Who took your money and hasnt provided the service he supossed to. We have shipped you the cigarettes - you even got a letter confirming it! So we did our job and shipped you the product you paid for.
As for the second part - IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO BUY CIGARETTES ONLINE! There is no law against it. If it was illegal you wouldnt get just a letter - you would get fined at least! Think about it. We got clients who got 2-3 letters of those - all you can do with that letter is trash it. The goverment wants you to pay huge taxes for smoking, so you pay 2-3 times more that is why they are trying to sccare you with this letters - and they did!
I can understand that you are frustrated that your first order was seized - but it not makes us scammers! And we have tried to work with you and ofered you a solution. Which you declined and started threating us with your attorney family.
