GoPro 10 underwater macro filter
I ordered a macro filter and red filter with mount for the GoPro 10 underwater diving case. I received my order approximately 2 weeks later, and the macro filter was missing. I informed this company, and a chatbot answered me and said I received what I ordered, which was incorrect. After informing them again, they continually insisted my order was correct. My next 2 emails went unanswered, so I informed them again via their website. The website has a problem with the ordering process, and no matter which one of the pictures you click on, it always says at the bottom of the page that the macro filter is not included. After threatening to stop my credit card payment, they sent me a rebate code for more than I paid for use of up to 1 year. I then ordered the macro filter again, and will see if I get what I ordered.
