Dreadful customer services and returns policy

What a dreadful company to deal with. I ordered lamp from them with delivery date of 6 weeks which I accepted at the time.
After 4 weeks I received an email to say it was delayed further and I could cancel if I wished. As the delivery was beyond the date I was expecting I sent an email to confirm my cancellation of the order.
I sourced the same product with 3 day delivery from another company and it was slightly cheaper which arrived on time.
I then received another email to say I could not cancel as the item has been dispatched.
I contacted the company again and was told the only way was to return the item after delivery.
That’s when fun started!
You have to arrange your own courier to return the item back to Sweden, insure the item and PAY FOR THE RETURN YOURSELF!!
On checking the average costs were £50 to £60!!
I contacted them numerous times as I felt they were responsible for the return due to there errors and misinformation due to delays and emails sent with advice given.
They point blank refused any responsibility or assistance in resolving this matter, I was promised calls from managers but I never received them.
Please be aware of the peril of purchasing from this company as if you purchased a larger item they will deduct €199 from your refund if you request a return as a minimum amount.
