Fantastic two week trip for a family of 5, faultless planning, put us in amazing areas in main cities (Asakusa in Tokyo, Dotonburi in Osaka), superb in-trip support (eg email received on a slightly delayed train we didn’t even know was late, with revised connection details), great response to bespoke requests (eg Seto Inland Sea cycling) and fantastic smaller hotels and ryokans. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
