From the shopping experience in the Tunbridge Wells store, to being kept up to speed about the order, everything was so efficient and such a friendly team. The delivery team were equally friendly, cheery and efficient, obviously proud to be working for Arlo & Jacob. Thank you to everyone for making the whole experience a joy.
