I’ve been on the BH platform on and off for at least several years. It’s helped me to reach my wellness goals. Overall the counselors have been pretty good. Just remember that you have the freedom to switch until you find the therapist best suited to help you with whatever you wish to work on. The workshops and groups have been great. Highly recommended, thanks BH!
