Regarding the admin fee, there is a compulsory variable administration fee charged when any car is purchased. This charge covers administrative and documentation costs relating to that specific vehicle; the fee varies based on different factors. This information is stated on our website.
The £500 non-refundable deposit is available to customers who have viewed the vehicle, and it holds the vehicle for an additional 3 days.
Regarding the part exchange valuation, our valuation can depend on many factors, and we do value our part exchanges slightly differently to some dealerships, as the majority of cars do go to auction.
