One of the worst customer experiences
Update 24/09/25: I've been contacted by the company to ask that I modify my review - this is only fair. They have processed a full refund. Of course, this doesn't take away from the absolutely DEPLORABLE Customer Experince, in the interim. The fact that I was forced into asking for a refund speaks volumes about this company.
I've been promised product despatch 'by the end of the week' for about 3 weeks now. Firstly they 'ran out of inventory' with consignment 'stuck in customs'. Then I was told they're restocking and the fulfilment centre will need some time to process the incoming stock and updated the despatch ETA toward 'the end of' what is now this week.
Still nothing.
I think I've been scammed. There's no shortage of spam emails promoting yet more purchases but if these shysters think they're going to get *more* money out of me they're sadly mistaken.
Just left a very bitter taste in my mouth (pun not intended).
