I bought a bamboo duvet cover and I used it for 3-4 times on a 4month period and the fabric got teared. Bad quality, I contacted customer support because in the Netherlands there is the conformity law where a product has 2 year warranty and if it is became defective within the first year, the seller needs to provide a refund or exchange. Eminza has taken NO responsability and blamed me for the defect.
You can even see in Eminza's reponse that they are unaware of the consumer's rights. If I buy a duvet cover from them, it is expected to last more than 4 months. That was my first experience buying at this store and since they don't want t respect consumer's rights, I have placed a formal complain to ECC in the Netherlands and ACM Consuwijzer.
