They destroyed my bag after they told me to sell to them and then after that they want me to pay the checks they did when I don’t want to sell my bag with them in the amount they want it’s a catch so I sell my bag with them

Hi Lithia,

I have looked into your account (submission reference: 301194) - When your bag arrived at our warehouse , our condition team noted significant wear and damage that wasn’t reflected in the original submission details. Because of this, the resale value was lower than the initial quote provided. In these instances we adjust offers in line with the true condition of an item to ensure items are accurately priced for the resale market.

I want to be clear: Label Source would never damage items to reduce offers. We’re a business that has served over 100,000 customers, and our entire reputation is built on trust and authenticity. We have no interest in undercutting sellers, in fact, it’s in our best interest to keep sellers coming back.

On the subject of return fees: if a seller decides not to proceed after we’ve issued a revised offer, we do ask them to cover the return shipping. This is because we’ve already absorbed the cost of the initial shipping label, along with the authentication and inspection work done by our team. We don’t profit from returns, it’s simply about covering the genuine costs of handling an item that cannot be listed for resale in the state it arrived.

I appreciate this experience may have felt frustrating, but the integrity of our process is very important to us.

Thank you,
Jordan
