The customer service experience is beyond awful
The customer service experience is outrageously bad. Good luck connections with a human. I had my gas buddy card declined owing entirely to issues on their side of the transaction. After being forced to make a written customer service request because nobody answers the phone, I was told to expect a response in FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. Imagine traveling cross country and your gas card provider thinks 5 days is an appropriate response time when you’re have a problem buying gas!!!
