WORST MAINTENANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER KNOWN !!

This maintenance business is just a money making company . They ignore emails and give contact numbers that no longer exist !
They send mail to incorrect mailing addresses which result in there clients ending up with high solicitor charges and CCJ ‘s for late payments . When they do get the address right they have a contact telephone number on letters that don’t exist . Any queries ring 02046036756 ? Don’t bother trying the number doesn’t exist !! There is an alternative for the Maintenon team but no contact number for account to discuss estimated bills ? Or red letters received as first contact letter threatening to add charges if bills not paid for maintenance or ground rates . I have been trying to contact them for over
6 months by email to request a contact number for a maintenance accounts manager as I am an owner of an apartment situated in the Baltic View Liverpool . I have contacted numerous employees of this company and has No response from anyone? I have even contacted an employee named Sophie Jaques by paying £25 to join LinkedIn . I have also emailed her . I was able to contact Teimoor Nazir . I explained that all mail was being sent to An incorrect address that should have been updated on there system over 12 months previous only to later realise that it was him who didn’t update it ? Which resulted in a CCJ against myself a year later and a £3000 solicitor fee that should never have happened . I explained to him that This is having an enormous effect on my business . He reassured me that he would speak to the company solicitors bretherons to have the CCJ taken off . This conversation was on the 03/04/25 . Numerous ignored calls later I last spoke to him the last Friday in may when he reassured me again that he had a meeting with the solicitors to discuss the following Monday . Obviously it was a bank holiday and I never heard from him again . Numerous calls and voice messages left but again no reply ! Please see list below of people I have emailed

NOT ONE OF THEM HAS HAD THE MANNERS TO REPLY . I have had auto reply message to say they were all recieved.
If you are thinking of owning or taking up a tenancy that this company managers I suggest you look elsewere as they are brilliant at doing nothing to help and seems that making easy money is the only thing they are interested in . Customer service
Communication is none existent and maintenance upkeep is disgraceful.
No direct number to discuss account queries that actually works . Worst maintenance company ever !!
UPDATE 2 days from my first review above .
There is only a maintenance team number for tenants NO contact number for property owners to discuss charges ? No statement of charges just keep receiving bills with threats of extra charges £180 if not paid within 7 days on first letter received!
I have mobile numbers for 2 employees
Sophie Jaques and Teimoor Nazir . Both these employees choose to ignore voicemail and emails txt messages .
For 6 months I have been trying to discuss and solve this problem that this company caused through sending billing mail to an incorrect address causing a CCJ to be put against my business . Complete ignorance
And charges is what this company is about This company doesn’t have a direct number for an accounts department to discuss bills for maintenance or ground rates with .
I have rang maintenance spoke to numerous advisers who have emailed to the accounts managers to contact me over the last 6 months including yesterday I am being totally ignored ! HC-GB REPLY WITH A DIRECT NUMBER FOR THE ACCOUNTS DEPT . I have also logged a complaint via email which is also being ignored !!
