Dealt with by Jamie who could not have done enough for us. He was patient, considerate, & was able to answer any questions we had in relation to the saucepans we decided to purchase. He even carried the items to our vehicle, as I was suffering from a sore back at the time. Full marks to Pro Cook, & to Jamie. Great customer service.
