Two charges had 2 exact duplicates. And one charge just popped up after 5 days. When I called and spoke to the agent about the duplicates, the duplicates suddenly disappeared. I’m watching you Merrick. If this happens again I’m terminating my account. To update on this review after calling and speaking with the agent the duplicate charges didn’t come back and the mysterious pending charge disappeared. I am now satisfied with Merrick Bank specifically when they replied to my review. They are one of the few businesses that reply to your reviews. I definitely recommend this bank Thank you
