SCAMMERS

My 16 year old daughter has been scammed from 2 separate transactions of £18 from her account when never signed for anything!!! When calling customer service was advised very cooly “sorry this has happened we will refund £38 to account in 3-5 days. Thanks for calling goodbye!” Couldnt explain themselves! Ridiculous they managed to get her details!!!
