Dreadful!!! I tried to begin a returns process and for an unknown reason, I couldn't and the site directed me to Customer Services. I've been trying to get a response from them for more than 4 hours, no joy. THE WORST customer services ON THE PLANET. It's not complicated to be responsive - even if you can't assist consumers there and then. The mark of a good company is how they respond. 1* for service.
